Dear Emily and Emma, I was meaning to e-mail you to thank you both for both the Havana and the Rome trips. Firstly the Rome visit was perfect – hotel was very good. I would recommend you to anyone looking to arrange a perfect break – the locations of both the Havana and Rome hotels made both visits. We will definitely use you again!

Hi Emma, Just wanted to provide a bit of an update and say thanks for helping to plan our Italy holiday ….. we had a great time !! The Mezzatorre was absolutley fantastic and is definately understated in the brochures – the location is beautiful, hotel perfect and staff exceptional.
The De la ville was great too – athough different. The weather wasn’t as good as hoped when we were in Sorrento ( 1 day of thunderstorms and downpours) but we were still able to get out and about most of the time. On Monday , which was the sunniest day – we did the amalfi coast trip which was amazing – I will send you a photo …. just stunning.
A great time was had …… here’s to planning the next trip !!

I’d like to tell you on behalf of everyone how much we enjoyed the holiday and that we are all extremely grateful for all your help in organising it for us, we really appreciate it and all the hotels were amazing and right in the middle of the city. thanks, tom 🙂

Hiya Emily & Sophie, Just to let you know the hol was fab no hiccups,everything went like clockwork..
The hotel in San Sebastian was right next to the bus station which was perfect has we got a bus from just outside the airport,which took just over an hour.
the hotel itself was lovely & clean with friendly helpful staff,it was a 20 minute walk to the town from the hotel,which we did once,but jumped on the bus the next few times we went down there for a couple of euros…San Sebastian is well worth a visit,very lush green beautiful place,with lots of restaurants,bars & tapas bars & a beautiful beach…We will deffo be returning. The hotel in Madrid was fab near to the metro station & all amenities,lovely restaurants & lots of lovely sights to see,well worth a visit.
Thank you both so so much for organizing everything (especially the boarding passes) which I was worried to death about ha ha
We had a wonderful time & Thankyou once again,i certainly will use your company again.

Emily, I would like to thank you and all of the Staff at The departure Lounge for your expert help and total professionalism. The Holiday was excellent, better than last year. The Hotel and staff were brilliant and the weather was superb and Jet 2 a credit, I would recommend it and your company to anyone. We will be using you again, and hopefully very soon.

Hi Sophie, Just to say thank you to you and the team, once again everything went like clockwork. Roda Golf resort was excellent, the staff, the golf course, the bar and the restaurant were all good value. The other two golf courses that I chose were not very good, and the guys had good value taking the mick out of me for my selection…………. But I can cope with that. The car hire people “DoYouSpain” were fine , again excellent value for money. The weather was good, just warming up to 30/32 C for the last two days, just got away before it got too hot.Once again, thank you very much.
