Hi, I'm Jo, Managing Director
When I founded The Departure Lounge, I was on a mission to redefine travel. I wanted to provide my clients with the ultimate personal experience that would make them feel special, looked after, and offer a taste of luxury, no matter the type of holiday they were booking.
Since then, I’ve built the most incredible team of travel specialists who share my vision and I’m incredibly proud of the well-respected brand we’ve become. After flying clients to every corner of the world, I’m positive The Departure Lounge can take you wherever you want to go!

Just to let you know we had an amazing time at Disney. The girls absolutely loved and we didn’t want to come home. The hotel was nice, we did private transfer with prestige and they were great definitely recommend. We also did a character dining which was brill! Thank you for arranging the holiday!
